Welcome
If you’re new here or coming from (https://talktothegame.felo5.com)[Talk to the Game], welcome! This marks the next phase of the project — a full rebuild and a complete rethinking.
After launching the first version, I realized something important: you can’t just throw transcripts at a language model and expect magic.
Talk to the Game Was a Prototype
Like any good prototype, it was fast, messy, and functional. I processed over 800 hours of podcast episodes from Alex Hormozi and built a minimal front end that allowed you to ask questions. It worked, but it lacked depth.
There was no clear structure or context. The combination of just text and AI led to confusion, so I decided to stop it.
Ask The Game Is the Next Thing
It's getting serious. This new version is built on a modular data pipeline. It automatically processes new podcast episodes, enriches them with metadata, and organizes everything into a proper knowledge graph instead of a mere transcript dump.
I'm currently tracking:
- Entities
- Topics
- Speaker identity
- Sentiment
- Timeline context
- Relationships across episodes
And soon, it won't just be about Q&A; it will be about discovery.
It’s Not Just a ChatBot
The end goal? You’ll be able to ask questions like:
- “When did Alex talk about firing too late?”
- “What’s his evolution on branding?”
- “Where does he compare product versus distribution?”
That’s not just search; that’s understanding.
Where We’re At Now
- ✅ Pipeline is live
- ✅ 28 episodes enriched
- ✅ 6,608 knowledge chunks created
- ✅ 1,848 unique entities detected
- ⚙️ Reprocessing old episodes with the new pipeline
There’s still a lot of work to do, but the foundation is built.

Thank you for joining me. I'm just getting started!
